Cancellation Policy
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
This non-refundable security deposit will be credited towards your payment of service.
Reminder that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or no call no show. A new deposit will be required in order to reschedule.
Tardiness/Attendance
You will have a 15 minutes grace period from your time of scheduled. Please call or message me if you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will automatically be canceled and have to be reschedule. Reminder, the deposit fee will be non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Chaperone/Guests
No guest is allowed unless necessary, please advise early in advance before the appointment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.
